While I believe a majority of the upside is POTENTIAL upside, this stock could really move if even some of these projects come to fruition.

LLEG has also stated they want to attract companies with synergies to co-locate on their facilities. There was some good DD a little while back about one of the potential companies for the Berlin site. I believe one of the companies suggested was http://www.itaconix.com/home.html.
