Very thorough breakdown. Good information for those who have not read the financial statement yet and are subjected to Udeeps bloodbath post. I may be thinking this through wrong, but I was very pleased that they used the shares to get investors and pay off huge amounts of the debt. I believe this will free them from the debt hanging over their head every quarter. And like you said about Lenny's shares. If an investor felt confident enough to take restricted shares of a company for cash, then you have to think they believe in the prospects for this company. I was invested in a company that couldn't raise cash as hard as they tried and it failed. Big investors don't squander their money. They take calculated chances.
