If I am not mistaken, when that 10 was filed several here talked "profits" and that the company would be "profitable" for each quarter moving forward. Those comments in real time do not jive with your assertions.

Everyone already know ZLUS wasn't that good when they were in such business. Q1 of 2010 is quite useless when it comes to revenue talk.

As for the rest, you are making great leaps of faith as teh transparency you claim to have received is nothing short of general crap. There have been no real details about anything - just generalities. you still haven't a clue what the divestment brought in, what the lawsuit settlement brought in, what the first well is pumping, what they even own of that well, etc....

What you do know is that since that one day pump and 90 million shares traded, volume and PPS have both crashed again.
