UNDT is a serial diluter . A/S is 20 billion and as of Nov 15 , 2010 , there were 1,907,781,837 shares of common stock outstanding . Of note , nearly 6 billion shares have traded since Nov 15th until today . Flippers ? Company selling on news releases ? No doubt both .

ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.

On July 25, 2008, Universal Detection Technology, a California corporation (the "Company"), filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation (the "Amendment") with the Secretary of State of the State of California after stockholders approved to effect a reverse stock split of the
Common Stock of the Company in the ratio of two-hundred for one (200:1). As a result of the reverse stock split, the Company's issued and outstanding Common Stock has decreased from 2,842,231,239 to 14,211,156.

To effect the reverse stock split on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin
Board ("OTCBB"), the Company's Common Stock was assigned a new trading symbol. Effective at the opening of business on Monday, July 28, 2008, the Company's new trading symbol on the OTCBB will be UNDT.
