please state why you think this is so - - that's not good reasoning whatsoever.

further, as i've said before, you've proven that you have MINIMAL knowledge at best.

you said that "thursday this thing will go to chapter 7 liquidation" when in fact a WEEK PRIOR it had already been decided by the judge that chapter 7 would NOT BE ALLOWED.

please. enlighten us.


beside the POSSIBILITY that commons will be toast (which IS a possibility if the bid doesn't get high enough), there is still the REALITY that speculation will drive up the PPS a great deal.
