You're right there is slack in it because of the length but look at the stoch curl, if you zoom into the daily you see the divergence that makes up that weekly curl. Hard to believe that it's anything but an exhaustion candle to me. Could go there yet too though.

the government cannot give anything to anyone -- that they have not first taken away from someone else.
