I heard early on that the part that was effected was the area where exports are handled.?? but who knows..all depends on the g7 anyways,they are the ones who call all the shots..its their ball,bat gloves and field.only a free market when it goes their way.
oil wont stop until brent hits 110 ,plain and simple...,even if 3/4 of the world sank..
