Well, the past few weeks I was away because I was condo shopping (and trying to close on a condo) in Jacksonville, Florida. I haven't spoken to anyone from management for over 3 weeks. I haven't bothered to post lately because I don't know any more than anybody here. Speculation is useless since we will probably find out more before it unhalts.
With regards to my exposure to CCME, I hedged before I went on my Florida trip since I knew I would be 'out of touch' with things during a very critical time period.
As I mentioned in my post from last Thursday, I did not like the silence from management. They had said they were doing all these things but had not announced ANY of it since the CEO letter on Feb 7th. That made me unhappy and cautious. It made me think the stock was going lower, which is why I hedged, but it certainly did not make me think the company was fraudulent.
With that said, I was certainly as surprised as anybody here by the halt on Friday. I'm also shocked to see Dorothy's resignation today.
