I missed seeing the DUMP days. MY BAD !!! Since that "Rule" came out and you posted that it has NOTHING to do with "US" I just tried to "count". I do miss seeing all those "5000" trades.
OR a MM trading to themselves (wash trades ??). YEA !!! that made VOLUME !!!

During the past Month I have been trying to Buy "LOW".
I enter a "BUY" at ASK and the PPS jumps up? Fourteen (14)
times in the last 26 days. Strange when those Off-shore funds
are Dumping ?? The SEC thought so. As I posted-- Easy to show with time stamps. Five- 2 Min. stamps prior to standing offer.
That`s 10 minutes the offer stood--- 14 times .

SO? anyway WE closed Green. A small BUY and an up-tick. And a SMALL Offer on the bid Left that the off-Shore funds chose not to sell into.
AGAIN> and> AGAIN. Maybe tomorrow the dumping will start ???
OR ANOTHER MM Panics and tries to Cover ??? IMO
