Your "questions" are pointless. Here is the one thing that I would like you to answer. If you can't answer it, then I am going to place you on ignore.
Fact or Fiction, investing in stocks (PARTICULARLY PINK SHEETS) is a game of incomplete information on the BEST days, and at other times could be described as a complete gamble.
As echoed by many other posters, we COMPLETELY ACKNOWLEDGE that we don't know the EXACT DETAILS of the company post merger. We have been given a basic idea of the business model. This business model, if executed well, seems as though it will generate revenue. Thus, I have purchased a significant interest in the company's stock.
You seem far too intelligent to fall into the category of a "basher", but I do not understand your endgame. We are aware of the risks. Most of us, myself included, have lost a bundle on stocks whose story ended up to be not true. This is the reason that you should not invest with money that you can't afford to lose.
However, for me, this stock passes the litnus test so far. Invest at your own discretion, but you droning on and on on these boards ad nauseum is a waste of your time and mine. Also, please do me the kindness of responding to my above question.
Thanks,
Sigma
