RR passing through the complete process in nintendo is important, it is my opinion that it will not dictate if Graffiti can sign any deal. I can be susceptable to memory lapses but i do not remember anywhere Ken or R.J. Said such a thing. Of course it would give the IPO more value however never heard it be implied as a prerequsite for anything. JMO

Im sure the Nintendo wants to continue working and are likely are making arrangements for them to be able to do so. My thoughts go out to the people in Japan.
