cimmaron, phase 2 is not 4 more years. It is 2 years. Total can wait 2 years, as it has its hands full with Block 1, Akpo, etc.

Just because Total is partners with SNP doesn't mean that it is also not a competitor. At the end of the day, business is business. And if Total can capture SNP's rights by waiting 2 years, it probably will.
