To me the big unknown is what is meant by "recapitalization" of iVoice.
Yesterday's PR by ARSC CEO (and new IVOI CEO) states:
"After a recapitalization of iVoice (Pink Sheets:IVOI) and a name change to Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., we expect that the dividend will be approximately one (1) share of new Hydra stock for each 150 current shares of ARSC. We expect that the value of Hydra is such that its initial trading range will be between $0.08 and $0.16 per share."
most have assumed that means a reverse split of IVOI shares. But if I google "recapitalization", I don't find websites defining the process as doing a reverse split of shares. So if the share structure stays the same, i.e., if I own 1,000,000 shares of IVOI I will own 1,000,000 shares of Hydra Fuel Cell Corp. and it trades at the .08-.16 range like the new CEO expects, I'm golden.
Somehow I don't think that is going to happen
