Had been under the impression that your post about having contact with the company came from another poster, missinterpretation on my part. But, since you have spoken to someone at the company.....

1)Have you been given a reason as to why they have not filed the 10's yet and....

2)did they confirm with you the current float other then what shows from 6/10/10 ?
