Well let's see. My first purchase was early 2005. Does that qualify for being an early buyer? The only dividend I got was the shares from a few years ago sent to my ETrade account. I have sent so many emails to Aurus both with my brokerage info (statements, etc) and numerous emails asking for a reply. I have received squat! What I did do was to write to the IRS and the SEC, reporting dividends being paid via an outside method to some shareholders without a 1099 and to the SEC about legitimate shareholders not being paid their legitimate dividends. My next step is to find a young, hungry attorney who is willing to place a Class Action lawsuit on a percentage basis.
