I talked with Wm Donovan M.D. Sat, Mar 12, 2011, He said the last he heard there's plans for this Shell.
Donovan gave me his E-mail address.
In fact, Donovan E-mailed me back!!!
This is a Shell that's been dark for several years.

I don't know of any specifics.
