The increase in JNoels stake is simply the payment for the TV commercials IMO. The dilution may not have shown up in MDHI's recent filings but will show up in a later filing if it wasn't included. This will make YESD/Noel a net seller of MDHI shares and may account for the large block that went through yesterday. We should expect more selling pressure as I am sure Noel wants to be paid CASH rather than be a holder of shares. Although the recent shares have a time restriction on them, the other shares he holds are probably able to be sold immediately.

This is how dilution rears its ugly head, should be an interesting day.
