RESPONSE BACK FROM THE CEO ERIC OTTENS HIMSELF ABOUT RUMORS OF DILUTION AND REVERSE SPLIT!

Hello Mr. Gxxxxxx:

There are no plans for a reverse split. Regarding dilution, the 2 billion shares are back in treasury and they will stay there. We may use shares for acqusitions but these shares would be restricted for one year. I will only issue more shares when I believe it will benefit the company and its shareholders. I constantly have to be searching for revenue opportunities for AppTech and I can tell you that I am working on some very exciting "things" for AppTech.

I want to make clear that I cannot sell any of my shares since all my shares are restricted. There is absolutely no basis for these malicious rumors.
