Well yes, ARSC will own the majority of shares and have the management positions. What I'm hoping is that the recapitalization doesn't mean reverse split of IVOI shares. So while the ARSC shareholders are getting 1 Hydra share for every 150 ARSC share owned, IVOI shareholders get 1 for 1.

Doubt it happens but that's my hope
