Hello all,
I have been reading this forum, as well as other sources, for the past few months trying to learn about Emax and what they do. I do not own shares but I decided to look into this company after many of my family members were convinced to buy stocks in Emax (several thousands of dollars worth) as an investment opportunity. My family does not have a lot of money but they told me all about Emax owning exclusive music rights and having CD's offered in Best Buy in the near future, etc...
From what I can tell, this company does as close to nothing as you can get and still be considered a company. It seems to me that they make money by issuing stocks. I have yet to see any evidence of any sort of revenue stream (product sales, service contracts, etc...). Their yahoo store that sells VHS tapes and leather jackets is so ridiculously bad it is laughable. Their poorly written PRs contain no substance whatsoever and consist entirely of BS business jargon that means absolutely nothing. Statements such as "paid costs associated with" and "is prepared to finish" tell you nothing about the actual status of the task in question.
When I initially found this board, I expected to learn a lot about the company. I assumed that people would be talking about relevant business topics (new products, pending contracts, projects in the works, new hires that bring value to the company, etc...) Instead, it's just a bunch of people shouting phrases such as "Great News...Emax is going UP, UP, UP!!!" and "EMXC READY TO BREAKOUT!" The only person on this whole board that seems to be using logic and reason when discussing this company is nxxi_08. He has repeatedly asked anyone to show him any evidence of Emax following through on one of many promises that has been made and no one ever does. That is absolutely amazing to me! No one can point to a single project that has been produced by Emax's media group, a single event promoted by Emax Productions, a single product available in stores, etc... The fact that no one can point to any activity that would lead me to believe that this company makes money is absolutely mind-blowing. They just keep spouting the same garbage about how "Emax is due for a big week!" I am convinced that everyone except for nxxi_08 (and I'm sure a few others) is being paid by Emax to come on this board and write this crap while mostly ignoring any substantial discussion.
I will stop ranting now but I am not happy about the whole situation... Basically, there are real companies out there that you can invest in. Companies that create jobs, contribute to the economy, and make money. From what I have seen, this is definitely not one of them.
