The financials will probably indicate key employees and their compensation package. At least that's what I draw as a conclusion from the previous PR on January 25, 2011.

On the other hand ....or a different subject ...from that report in part II, we see

Cannabis Science’s latest Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, filed on May 5, 2010

CBIS was penalized and was traded as CBISE between April 18 to May 6, 2010.

Maybe they have until April 15th or else they will be in deep doo doo again cause last time it fell from .40 to .12 during that period.
