You are probably right on both counts. But what frustrates me, is that DA talks it up, we buy more based upon those possibles and then he pulls the rug out from under us. Stop making the noise until it is done.

He had to know that Amy was going to be out of town. Are we basing the opening on one person having to be there. What if she got in an accident on the way to the G.O? Would we cancel it again?

These are the issues that frustrate me with DA.
