Just think in February GNBP announced that Anthony Cataldo aged 58 was their new CEO in their 2/11/2011 8K statement.

On February 7, 2011, Genesis Biopharma, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), appointed Anthony Cataldo as the Company’s new President and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Handelman as the Company’s new Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. The Company is currently in discussions with each of Mr. Cataldo and Mr. Handelman regarding the terms and conditions of their respective appointments. (Be interesting to see what they have to pay to get these two losers on board.)


In addition, on February 7, 2011, both Messrs. Cataldo and Handelman were also appointed as additional members to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Anthony J. Cataldo, 58, currently serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Oxis International, Inc. (“Oxis”), a position that he has held since March 2009.


If you are right about the 1/5/51 birthday then it was a lie of over 2 years about his true age. And this is an SEC document where as my old p[al Toraden used to say, they don't want to get caught lying.

Maybe Tony could pass this off as a a "safe harbor" or "backward looking" statement.
