LN2 is only a liquid when it's held under 475psi (amb temp). As soon as they would try to disperse it it would turn into a gaseous form.



This is untrue for the purposes of this thread - obviously nitrogen doesn't REMAIN a liquid at ambient P and T. But until it absorbs enough heat it can remain liquid - as is seen all the time in childrens' science shows.

As was pointed out earlier in the thread there are other practical issues - but instant vaporization the second it hits ambient P/T is not one.
