TECO for 2011... New data - a must read for investors

. The following represents what could easily be the revenue numbers for TECO for 2011. And some absolute facts are outlined again below.
1. Treaty has in fact lined up a capital commitment of $9,000,000 for the Kansas acquisition.
2. Treaty has obtained an extension from the owners to close the Kansas deal within 30 days.
3. Treaty has prepared revenue projections from actual production at $80 per bbl. Here are projections at $90 per bbl with only a minimal number of new wells being drilled in 2011. Kansas revenue could easily jump to $6,600,000. TECO's share now moves up to over $5,600,000, with a net of approximately $3,450,000 going to EBITDA. That raises the market cap to $34,500,000 and a new projected share price of almost $ .07. If you now factor in that Belize drilling will start in 2011, and let's say they only drill two wells, at even only 100 bbls per day each. We've seen the engineering showing oil being present on the TECO leases. (Keep in mind that adjacent property wells are producing some 700 bbls per day on average.) That adds another 200 bbls per day. Even if they only retain say a 35% interest, that equates to an additional $2,300,000 per year. Now you have a company, that as a minimum has over $5,700,000 in EBITDA annually, and that equates to a market cap of at least $57,000,000 or about $ .10+ per share. This is on the low end of a valuation as the PE could easily move to a multiple of 18 and
the stock pps could then move to $ .18 per share.

The article below might give you some comfort that Treaty Energy is moving in the right direction in Belize. This article is from October 2007, and published by Latin Petroleum Magazine...

I'm told that the Monkey River location mentioned in this article is on our concession and I've been told that it is at least 10 times the size of Spanish Lookout where BNE is drilling!!!!!
