On February 1, 2011, AppTech entered into an agreement with Oronoco Telecomm. LLC, a provider of long distance services, whereby AppTech purchased 100% ownership of Oronoco in exchange for 500 million shares of AppTech’s restricted common stock. The transaction provides for a claw-back clause concerning 300 million of the 500 million shares if certain performance measures are not achieved by June 30, 2011. The nature of Oronoco’s business is such that Cost of Services will be approximately 95% of revenues. While operating margins are low, overhead expenses are also low. It is Oronoco’s objective is to build substantial revenue as quickly as possible.

500 mill in shares paid for Oronoco. When will those shares be sold? Are they selling them now?
