Another question. What about the RD asset buy back? Is there a clause where some amount of money from a buyout of Cortex would be paid to the previous RD owners? This might lower the amount of a buyout due to shareholders from 50 million to 35 million dollars to use this as an example, making a buyout option less lucrative to shareholders.
