Just read the letter. I think 1, 3 are the most important at this stage. 11 would be very helpful, too.

Maybe also want to emphasize in the letter the most critical thing is to make sure it is not delisted by NASDAQ soon, as it is halted at T12 as of now. Cooperate with the exchange and do whatever they can to avoid delisting.
