I'm not sure about that specific reactor, but because you don't want to vaporize the water plus you need the water to act as the moderator to slow down the neutons, you're probably talking somewhere north of 250k gallons minute.

Of course if you only want to cool down the reactors and the radiated steam doesn't bother you you could use much less.
