First thing first - we need to know exactly why DTT resigned.
If there is pure fraud, Starr most likely wouldn't want to deal with CCME at this point. I simply can't imagine how this would be fixable.
If there is no fraud, then I agree - Starr should get heavily involved to clean this shit up. Enough is enough - throw some money at it, money solves all problems. There really is no time to for any mistakes/money saving.

Is there fraud? That's my main concern.
