CADC - i'm short this one for two reasons: 1) Frazer Frost client, and 2) they're involved with heavy construction such as nuke reactors, which have now been shelved by China gov't:

The types of projects that it provides concrete for include: large express railways, bridges, tunnels, skyscrapers, dams, and nuclear reactor infrastructure projects.

Solid DD combined with timeliness and conviction is a recipe for profits.
