Bigger question is, why is the share price so low?
If their last press release at the end of January is to be believed, with $19mm in government contract revenue for 2011, and shares outstanding of only 140mm, this stock's enterprise value is a lot higher, not even considering multiples to sales. Have emailed IR myself, but have not heard anything back as of yet.
