A question, could a party buy the debt (say offer 200 million for the 400) and then still utilize the $750 NOL and 28 cash plus potential tax refunds without having the share ownership or a Mr. Big. Or do we as the shareholders have the only rights to possibly use the NOL's. Again just a question? Thanks.
