Would be concerned to own a stock that just embarrassed the government (FDA) and charities (MOD) at the same time as outraging the public through the Makena pricing. Would wonder where the hammer is going to fall on this organization and from who especially given its past criminal issues. Looking for competitor that would benefit most in a year if KV is out of business. Possibly Watson Pharmaceuticals. If they are smart enough to play this right they could make a tidy profit with there Makena alternative while looking like heroes compated to KV
