FACTS not Fluff - DATES for Bankruptcy hearing...

3/16/2011 Proponent's Deadline for Filing Proponent's Report and Confirmation Affidavit

3/21/2011 Confirmation Hearing 9:30am EST

Ruling on Monday ideally... This is not a fluff stock... we need to re-iterate what is going on for new folks so that they understand that this is a potential based investment - real facts - potential merger etc...
