Gene A. Pierce is the Founder of United Network for Organ Sharing ("UNOS") and SouthEast Organ Procurement Foundation. Mr. Pierce serves as Director of Organ Transport Systems Inc. He serves as Executive Director Emeritus of UNOS. Mr. Pierce served as Executive Director of United Network for Organ Sharing from 1987 to 1995.
