i talked to DTCC,,,They said this is a global lock, It has nothing to do with three companies. Sorta,,,It could be that the three did something wrong they are not saying anything,,,With the global lock it means that people cant trade through the dtcc, whatever reason these three dont trade rcch is beyond all of us. unless someone knows something inside. Why though does gene say get out of these three for a reason, he knows something. Anyway if the company doesnt trade through the dtcc then they trade and you get a statement that the transfer agent has to fill when i dont know, DTCC says that whatever caused the global lock has to be retified before dtcc unlocks it, I dont
know how long it takes. i would be guessing if i said those three companies shorted rcch and know that they have to cover and need to go to gene to get shares to make it right. but as i said i am just guessing. . maybe those three companies have to go through the dtcc for whatever reason to cover. these things i dont know but their you have it, good luck to all. Question though is i have talked to fidelity many many times and they see no lock...they have no problem with buying or selling...SO IT JUST MAKES ME THINK THESE THREE AREN'T BUYING OR SELLING FOR WHATEVER REASON, ME PERSONALLY THINK THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG,,,DAN WITH THE DTCC WOULD NEVER TELL ME MORE,,,UNTIL THINGS GET STRAIGHTENED UP,,,what happens if the three stogies did something wrong? We get more volume price goes higher stogies have to cover price goes higher,,,,we dont need the three and gene most likely is doing his best, glta,,,i would take my shares out of those three but we are all adults,,,,ok most of us
