I finally received a response back from the SEC. Here is what it said:

Dear Mr. XXXX:

Thank you for providing your comments to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy (OIEA) processes many comments received from individual investors and others. We keep records of the correspondence we receive in a searchable database that SEC staff may make use of in inspections, examinations, and investigations. In addition, some correspondence received by OIEA is referred directly to other SEC offices and divisions for their review. If they have any questions or wish to respond directly to your comments, they will contact you.

Please note that in Remote Dynamics' lastest Form 8-K the company reported its deregistration and noted that, as a result of deregistration, the Company's common stock will not be eligible for trading on any national exchange or the OTC Bulletin Board; however, the common stock may be eligible for quotation on the Pink Sheets by broker dealers. There can be no certainty of such quotations in the future unless market-makers continue supporting a market in the Company's shares. The Company's Board of Directors determined that the costs and other burdens of remaining a public company outweigh the advantages to the Company and its shareholders based on a number of factors including:

Thank you for communicating your views.

Sincerely,

Description:
Remote Dynamics is still trading on the market under symbol RMTD. However, Telogis bought the majority of their assets under the RMTD 8k filing on 2/26/10. Remote Dynamics is not currently at their said address. No one answers their phone number. You get an answering machine and no one ever calls you back. Remote Dynamic's CEO (Gary Hallgren) now works for Telogis. Since RMTD is trading, isn't that a conflict of interest? When you go to www.remotedynamics.com, you will arrive at the Telogis website. All RMTD customers are now Telogis customers. Please look into this matter. The shareholders deserve an answer as to what happened and if it is legal.
