Who no's! But i do no! Rule 4320 force the (MM) to cover all short position on a security befor the can take another short position on that same security.Also rule 4320 stop (MM) from passing (FTD) positions to one another like a hot potato's.Btw! Also on top of that.All security are being moved over to the (OMX) Settlement and ClearingHouse.So who no's.But i do no! We will find out..jmo...It feels like a new day in pennyland...jmo....
