The withdraw from the DTC is a no-brainer and worth the try, because scmi will be no-existant anyway. Here lies the possibility to flush out shorts if they are there. It will be based on the difference between the DTC list and the ADP list, the difference will be illegal shorts, the excess amount in the ADP broker list will have to cover.
