Management usually gives the auditors guarantees about future funding of the company ( I know what I am talking about, being myself an auditor...) and it rarely ends up with a going concern flag.

It does not seem the case here. I would start worrying about it.

Also, look at the dilution over the last 4 months. Since the company has not sufficient funding, it will issue new shares each time it needs in exchange of services, rather than paying cash....Sugo is not ready to take off yet.
