Actually, we all discussed this back in the September time frame. I am the one who wrote about the claims being dropped because of several reasons. I will go back and try to find my post.

The 8K had come out and there was mention in the 8K about LBSR letting a fairly large number of the claims go back to the state. Some board members were questioning if LBSR was in that bad of financial shape. I said no, they are being extremely smart. They had done an enormous amount of studies on the pipes, had brought on Karen Wehnrich (sp), and they had determined which of the claims would provide the most promise.

Why pay for the other claims when they had over 300 promising pipes ?

I will try to find my post from back in those days....it was much better detail than this summation.

And for GODS sake, I don't think we should drop those claims now. COME ON - THINK WITH YOUR HEADS AND NOT YOUR EMOTIONS. These claims are going to make us TONS of money once things get back to NORMAL

NO MR. BRISCOE - DON'T LET GO OF THESE CLAIMS !!!!! In the GRAND scheme of things, these yearly claim fees are VERY SMALL.
