Anyways in response to FDA and drugs:
1. Not everything needs FDA approval to be marketed in the US. Look at all these stupid acne/weight loss pills none are most if not all are not FDA approved.
2. FDA approvals generally come into play for prescription drugs. So slow release metformin will likely need FDA approval if it is to ever come out in the states.
3. As far as the last PR about anti inflamatory drug. They can likely market it without FDA approval as most likely it will be over the counter drug.
4. Now one last thing. There are lots of drugs approved for a certain medical condition but are also used off lable for other things. That all depends on how the drug company markets its product.
As i said again. No way i am trying to say spph products are fake or real. Just figured i give you guys some food for thought.
