Selling warrants for Class A shares for re-cap is a good strategy. Even if the stock goes to .0333 it would provide a 30 to 1 ratio for $1. Class A shares.

Certainly a good prospect. I think their attorney was charging by the hour to help them line this up. LOL - - - - still ROTFL!
