That's never a good sign with any pink/otcbb stock. A broker once told me a tip about pink/otcbb stock, most of them are garbage, and the one's that have a trading restriction are confirmed garbage.

Many think brokers don't want people to make money, which is false. They want to protect their customers, so they can contiue to be customers, and make more trades, which brings in more commissions.
