I don't disagree that its hard to watch your account drop in value, however, you should never invest money into a penny stock which will make you too nervous to stay in should something like this happen.

There are stocks which I trade and stocks which I own for the mid term. SLMU is one of those that I own for the mid term. I have 215k shares. If I lose it all, not a big deal. The possibilities of me making $100-200k or so are also pretty high IMO.

A Market cap of just $130 million post merger would put the PPS at $2
