Hi skyhi, I don't know what that means, I've made money by looking at the big pictures, rather than focusing on little details like that one.

Some partialities or particular events, when isolated and looked under the microscope, don't look very good.

That event that you mention sure it counts, it's part of CPOW's history, of what CPOW is now, I'm sure it played its roll, the important thing now, is where is CPOW in the present and where is heading from there.

Anyway I analyse the big picture, CPOW's future looks great. So far, all the info I know about, indicates the deal with Chongqing will go through, all the dots I've connected provide a clear an harmonic frame for it to materialize.
