sawdin; I'm not sure if it's from the date it was originally due, or 30 days after the extension, but after talking with Tom G. the director yesterday, he said the filing would be 10 days late which looks like they will be fine, he also said last week that the action they are taking against the massive shorting would take place in the next two weeks tops and that was last week, so it appears they will be filing the 10K approx. the same time that they begin whatever action they are taking against the massive shorts here on MLXO. Cornell plays hardball and once they have their claws in a company it's not so easy to get them out, my opinion is that they are going to release this all at once, the 10K, whatever action they have planned and do it in time without getting hooked with the infamous E. In the meantime the MM's are looking for bailers at cheap prices because with market pressure from cornell gone it's only up from here for a company with 15 mil in assets, 12 mil in Revs, and owner of Hindsight Records also, definitely worth alot more the .03 with a 26 mil float!!! Look at MOBL a cornell financed company, they have no revs and are trading in the teens.
