The crook must have moved corporate registration to Delaware from Nevada to print nonsense shares increasing A/S. Lots of stock selling scammers do that before massive dilution by moving from Nevada to Delaware because Delaware doesn't provide public of the company's amendments free unlike Nevada.
If anyone wonders what's current A/S, try to find smokefree in Delaware, I haven't tried, but am sure 99%, the crook moved his company there.
