metals buyer, you DO realize that a stock dividend is nothing more than a stock split, and the price of the stock will reflect that increase in shares by dropping proportionally?

Do you also realize that no company in their right mind splits or pays a stock dividend on a 24 cent stock?

Do you realize this is a classic pink sheet ploy to take advantage of investors that don't have the experience to understand why the company is doing this, and instead THINK that this is good news?

If I give you two $5's for a $10, are you any better off?
